SILROX-10

Description

SILROX-10 is a advance solution with the combined effect of Hydrogen Peroxide with silver nitrate results in multiple oxidation power to kill all germs viz. bacteria, fungi, spores, virus, algae and amoebae. SILROX-10 a powerful, highly effective, broad spectrum disinfectant that is both stable and safe. SILROX-10 can be used in various applications for air and surface disinfection through fogging, spraying, surface wiping etc.SILROX-10 is biodegradable with no residue and the formation of highly reactive free oxygen ions and hydroxyl radicals help to achieve superior disinfection. The silver attacks the defense system (enzymes) of the micro organisms and the hydrogenperoxide attacks its membrane and internal organs (DNA and RNA) resulting in cellular dysfunction.

Intended Use: Dilution

For Aerial Fumigation : 1:5 (20 ml - Silrox 10 + 80 ml of D.M. water)
For Surface (Spray) : 1:20 (05 ml - Silrox 10 + 95 ml of D.M. water)
For Instrument : 1:10 (10 ml - Silrox 10 + 90 ml of D.M. water)
For Water : 10 ppm to 15 ppm (10 - 15 ml - Silrox 10 + 1000 lit of D.M. Water)

Directions

Aerial fumigation : Dilute (1:5) 20% concentration (20ml in 80ml of D.M Water) can be used to fumigate a 1000 cu ft area for 30 min.
Surface disinfection : To disinfect surfaces of processing areas,food farms, walls and tables, a 5% solution of SILROX-10 is
recommended to be used after the first cleaning and rinsing with water. A contact time of 10 min gives the desired result. For soiled
surfaces/ surfaces with higher microbial load, a 10% solution is recommended with a contact time of at least 20 min. Allow it to dry
and do not rinse.
Instrument Disinfection : After cleaning and rinsing with water the instruments should be submerged in a 10% solution for at least 20
minutes. Allow them to dry and do not rinse.
Water Disinfection : 10 ppm to 15 ppm (10 - 15 ml - Silrox 10 + 1000 lit of D.M. Water)

Properties : It is a clear colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid. It is miscible in water and air completely without foaming and coat formation.

Composition :
-Silver Nitrate 0.01% w/v
-Hydrogen Peroxide 10.0 % w/v

Efficiency : The disinfection with SILROX-10 is effective for around 12-14 hours.

Storage : Store at room temperature. Do not store together with alkalis, salt, reducing agents and combustible substances.
